Is Ralph Goodale already running???

First summer french lessons in Quebec, and now this (via email unamed source):

For the record, this event will be going on during a general election if all the opposition parties decide to vote against the Throne Speech on the 18th. Just enough time to get in a few "meet and greet" cocktail parties before hitting the ground running after a Dion defeat [late November?]
